Tosei Reit is a J-REIT, and the employees of the Asset Management Company are virtually responsible for managing Tosei Reit’s investments because J-REITs are unable to hire employees under the provisions of the Investment Trusts Act.
The Asset Management Company is managed by personnel seconded from Tosei Corporation, its parent company.

HR Development

Tosei Group conducts HR development training and has introduced a self-development support program and incentive program for acquiring professional qualifications.

Establishment of Remote Work System

From the onset of the COVID-19 outbreak, the Asset Management Company promptly put in place a system enabling employees to telecommute with the aim of preventing infection among employees and ensuring stable business continuity. In December 2020, the company was certified by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government as a company practicing the Telework Tokyo Rules.
